The Institute for Independent Business
The Institute for Independent Business (IIB) is a not-for-profit research and accreditation body established in 1984 to give independent businesses direct access to some of the world's top business people, and so bringing practical advice and timely ideas to the business. It is now the largest organization of its type in the world with over 3,000 fully accredited Executive Associates worldwide, working with businesses mostly within the small to medium-size sector. IIB Accredited Associates are able to draw on one of the most comprehensive business support infrastructures in the world - The Accredited Associate network.
All Accredited Associates are former Senior Executives who have been put through a number of rigorous assessments and training in order to ensure the quality of their services. Their combined expertise covers any business field and industry imaginable. They tap into each other's specific areas of expertise to the benefit of their clients and with no extra cost attached.
All consultants at Synergic are IIB Accredited Associates.
