Identification and Evaluation
The first step is a complimentary Business Review wherein you outline your concerns or projects. We start by fully identifying where your desires are for your company and your skill set. Expect to be given insight as to potential root causes of your issues as early as this first meeting. If you wish to proceed with our help we will meet for a second meeting to establish your level of need and determine how to proceed from there.
As we want you to be able to successfully move your business to the next level, we need to engage in a deeper analysis. We use a variety of proven methods to critically examine about 55 areas in your company and in your skills - doing so efficiently and quickly.
After conducting research, analyzing your company's data, and assembling market and industry-specific benchmarking information, we usually formulate a business plan. This customized plan will include time-tested best practices combined with original, outside-the-box ideas uniquely suited to accomplish your stated goals. The fact is, the more entrenched you are in your industry or business, the more difficult it is for you to evaluate your situation objectively. What we do is to help you to see your company's potential through different eyes.
Customized approach
Work is completed both on-site and in our offices throughout the process. Support ranges from on-site meetings with owners or employees, to independent work, to telephone coaching sessions. We use proven tools to ensure optimal results for any initiative. If you wish us to focus on specific priorities, we can do that and leave strategic planning for a later phase. Once major issues have been resolved, many clients choose to continue the relationship, just to check in and maintain the integrity of ongoing operations within the framework of their strategic plan.
