Basic Business Support Program
Business owners who are looking to address a specific issue can find support through this level. You will meet with your advisor once per month, and by phone up to twice per month. These meetings are designed to review priorities, strategies, and to identify solutions that you will implement with your team.
Accelerated Business Support Program
Business owners who are looking to achieve measured improvement in serveral areas can find support through this level. This program includes 2 meetings per month face to face with your advisor, as well as appropriate follow-up with your team members. This level includes unlimited phone consultation.
Comprehensive Business Support Program
Business owners who want to make rapid improvement in the growth or stability of the business choose this program to gain the maximum support and tools necessary to reach their goals. This program involves 3 - 4 face to face meetings per month with your advisor, and appropriate follow-up with your team members. At this level, we offer full assistance in the development of the business/marketing plan, analyzing operations, implementing financial controls, and identifying key capabilities and resources to achieve your objectives. This level includes unlimited phone consultation.
